Thank you for your interest in joining our team to change the status quo of pediatric cancer. To be on Team CKc at the runDisney Marathon Weekend you will need to:
- Agree to meet a fundraising goal (goal amount & due date will be communicated before payment of your entry – details below)
- Register for your “bib” on Team CKc and create a personal fundraising page with our Team CKc Group
2026 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend(January 7-11, 2026)
When you click the link below, you will be taken to a form that you can fill out to let us know of your interest. When we receive the completed form, we’ll contact you if we have a bib available to offer to you and let you know how to secure your bib(s).
The fundraising amounts include your race registration and free swag. The fundraising deadline is 12/15/2025. Fundraising minimum must be fulfilled before your bib is released to you.
- Walt Disney World 5K – $500 – Join the Interest List
- Walt Disney World 10K – $650 – Join the Interest List
- Walt Disney World Half Marathon – $1,000 – Join the Interest List
- Walt Disney World Marathon – $1,250– Join the Interest List
- Goofy Race and a Half – $1,750 – Join the Interest List
- Dopey Challenge – $2,000 – Join the Interest List
NOTE: No bibs will be held by completing this form but you will be notified if the bibs you have requested are still available. You are not under any obligation to purchase a bib, however, those who let us know of their interest by using this form will be notified asap and be able to lock in their bib, in most cases, before bibs go on sale to the general public. Bibs are assigned on a “first come first serve” basis and the bib is not yours until the commitment process is completed.

FAQs
What is the process for securing a runDisney charity bib through CKc?
The first step for securing a runDisney charity bib through CKc is to fill out the application for the selected race (see above and click ‘Join the Interest List’)
You’ll receive an email within 72 hours letting you know your status. If chosen to be a part of Team CKc, you’ll receive a fundraising commitment, waiver, and credit card authorization form (to guarantee your fundraising commitment) that you must complete within 24 hours of receiving it to prevent your spot from being released.
After receiving your completed forms, we will send you a link to set up your fundraising page. After completing these steps, you will be sent a link to register for your selected race(s) on the runDisney website. (Please note: race registration links will be sent after we receive them from runDisney. We do not have an exact time frame for these links, as we can only send them when we receive them from runDisney.)
Do I have to pay the registration fee for my selected race(s)?
The race registration is included in the minimum fundraising commitment.
Can I register to run multiple races?
Yes! You can register for multiple races during the same race weekend and different race weekend events.
Can minors run a runDisney race?
We love it when families run together! As different races have various age requirements, please refer to the runDisney website for specific information regarding minors.
Can I use someone else’s credit card to secure my minimum fundraising commitment?
The credit card guaranteeing the minimum fundraising commitment must match the runner registering for the bib. For minors or spouses, we allow the name on the credit card to be different from the runner.
Can I cancel/transfer my bib after I’m selected to run with Team CKc?
runDisney races are unable to be canceled or transferred for any reason. Once the fundraising commitment form is completed, runners are personally responsible for 100% of their minimum fundraising commitment.
Can I cancel my bib through CKc if I secure a bib through runDisney?
runDisney races are not able to be canceled or transferred. Once your commitment form is completed, you are personally responsible for 100% of the fundraising commitment, even if you choose not to run with your charity bib.
I’ve signed up for my race…now what?
When do I receive the link to register for my selected race(s)?
You will receive the link to register for your selected race(s) after your commitment form is signed, your fundraising page is set up, and we receive the links from runDisney.
Will I register for my selected race(s) on the runDisney website, and will it appear in my runDisney account?
Yes. Once you receive the link to register for your selected race(s), runners will set up (or log into) their runDisney account to register for their selected race(s.)
What should I set as my fundraising goal?
Each race has a specific minimum fundraising goal, please see above for specifics. However, we encourage all of our runners to set a fundraising goal higher than their minimum. Runners are only responsible for the minimum fundraising commitment agreed upon when signing their commitment form, so we encourage all of our runners to aim high when setting their fundraising goals.
Can multiple family members in the same household combine their fundraising goals?
Yes. We allow runners in the same household to combine their fundraising goals if they would like to do so. The combined goal will reflect at least the fundraising minimum per person of the household.
What if someone wants to mail in a check?
Donations can be accepted by mail. Please make the check payable to Cannonball Kids’ cancer Foundation and send it to that Attention at 1555 Howell Branch Road C202 Winter Park, FL 32789. Please have the donor clearly write your name on the check’s memo line. Once the check is received, we will apply it to your fundraising page.
Will there be a meet-up during race weekend?
Yes! We love meeting our runners in person and taking a team picture before each race. Details will be emailed to you before your selected race(s.)
Can my friends/family/anyone else purchase Team CKc swag to support me during the race?
Yes. We love seeing friends and family supporting our runners out on the course. We sell items in our Shop for Good that can be purchased here (LINK).
Do I receive free tickets to the Disney parks when I run a race through CKc?
No. Park tickets are not included in a runner’s race registration.
