NOTE: Once we receive your form, we will send out communication if there is a bib available with registration instructions on how to secure your spot. Once you have completed the TeamCKc registration form for your specific race, we will confirm your spot on our team.
By completing the wait list form, you are not under any obligation to purchase a bib.
Bibs are available on a “first come, first serve” basis. Completing the wait list form does not secure your spot on TeamCkc, nor constitute a hold on a bib.

FAQs
What is the process for securing a runDisney charity bib through CKc?
Step 1: Complete the interest form to join TeamCKc runDisney.
Step 2: Upon receipt of instructional email and registration link, complete registration form. You will also receive confirmation of the fundraising commitment associated with your race(s), waiver, and credit card authorization.
Step 3: We will send you a “Welcome to TeamCKc” email confirming your spot on our team.
Step 4: Get the word out! Set up your fundraising page and start sharing! Let your circle of family, friends, coworkers, etc know you are running for TeamCKc and raising money for pediatric cancer research.
Step 5: Once you have met your fundraising commitment, a link to register through your myDisney account will be sent to officially register for the race.
Note: CKc anticipates receiving links from runDisney and having them available to our runners starting in May 2026.
Do I have to pay the registration fee for my selected race(s)?
The race registration is included in the minimum fundraising commitment.
What if I want to pay the registration fee instead of fundraising?
You can make a full or partial payment toward your own fundraising commitment at any time. Simply visit https://secure.qgiv.com/event/rundisney2027/ and click “Donate.” Then, select yourself as the runner to support.
Can I register to run multiple races?
Yes! You can register for multiple races during the same race weekend.
Can minors run a runDisney race?
We love it when families run together! As different races have various age requirements, please refer to the runDisney website for specific information regarding minors.
Why do I need a credit card authorization on file to register?
When you complete your registration form, you are committing to raise the minimum fundraising requirement for your designated race. To release your official bib by November 30, 2026, any unraised funds will be charged to the credit card on file.
Can I use someone else’s credit card to secure my minimum fundraising commitment?
The credit card guaranteeing the minimum fundraising commitment must match the runner registering for the bib. For minors or spouses, we allow the name on the credit card to be different from the runner.
Can I cancel/transfer my bib after I’m selected to run with Team CKc?
Team CKc runDisney races are unable to be canceled or transferred for any reason. Once the fundraising commitment form is completed, runners are personally responsible for 100% of their minimum fundraising commitment.
Can I cancel my bib through CKc if I secure a bib through runDisney?
TeamCKc runDisney races are not able to be canceled or transferred. Once your commitment form is completed, you are personally responsible for 100% of the fundraising commitment, even if you choose not to run with your charity bib.
I’ve signed up for my race…now what?
When do I receive the link to officially register for my selected race(s) with runDisney?
Once your fundraising commitment has been met, we will send you the link to register for your selected race(s). CKc anticipates receiving links from runDisney and having them available to our runners starting in May 2026.
Will I register for my selected race(s) on the runDisney website, and will it appear in my runDisney account?
Yes. Once you receive the link to register for your selected race(s), runners will set up (or log into) their runDisney account to register for their selected race(s.)
What should I set as my fundraising goal?
Each race has a specific minimum fundraising goal, however, we encourage all of our runners to set a fundraising goal higher than their minimum. Runners are only responsible for the minimum fundraising commitment agreed upon when signing their commitment form, so we encourage all of our runners to aim high when setting their fundraising goals.
What are the minimum fundraising commitments for each race?
Walt Disney World 5K – $500
Walt Disney World 10K – $650
Walt Disney World Half Marathon – $1,000
Walt Disney World Marathon – $1,250
Dopey Challenge – $2,000
When do I have to have my fundraising commitment met?
25% of your fundraising commitment must be met by July 13th.
The deadline for the remainder of your fundraising is November 30, 2026 and all goals must be met at that time.
When and how much I be charged?
July 13th – You must be at 25% of your fundraising commitment by July 13th. If not, you will receive an email with a link to pay 50% of your fundraising commitment directly. We will hold your spot for 14 days. If you have not made a payment by that time, your spot will be released to the waiting list.
November 30th – Full fundraising commitment is due. When you register with CKc, you will be asked to put a credit card on file. That credit card will automatically be charged the remainder of your fundraising commitment on December 1st.
Can multiple family members in the same household combine their fundraising goals?
Yes. We allow runners in the same household to combine their fundraising goals if they would like to do so. The combined goal will reflect at least the fundraising minimum per person of the household.
