Edithann Ramey brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing strategy and growth leadership across some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Ruby Tuesday, where she leads brand strategy, guest engagement, and growth initiatives across dine-in, off-premise, and digital channels, partnering closely with operations and finance to drive profitable traffic and long-term brand health. Prior to Ruby Tuesday, Edithann served as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Six Flags Theme Parks, where she oversaw all marketing and revenue-driving initiatives, including branding, media, advertising creative, public relations, sponsorships, CRM and loyalty, guest relations, social media, retail, food and beverage, and revenue management. Before Six Flags, she was Chief Marketing Officer at On The Border Restaurants, leading marketing, advertising, culinary innovation, and catering services, with a focus on strengthening brand relevance and driving traffic through compelling promotions and menu innovation. Previously, Edithann served as Senior Director of Brand Extensions at Topgolf, supporting the development and market launch of new brand properties, including Toptracer, Swing Suites, and Topgolf’s Partnerships Group, and driving double-digit growth through tailored brand strategies. Earlier in her career, Edithann spent over a decade at Brinker International, primarily with Chili’s Grill & Bar, where she ultimately served as Vice President of Marketing. In that role, she led promotional and advertising strategies supporting key dining occasions, oversaw media planning and buying, franchise relationships, gift card programs, local marketing, and public relations across all 50 states. She also held senior marketing roles for Maggiano’s Little Italy and Chili’s with increasing scope and responsibility. Earlier roles at Nokia, YUM! Brands, and Cadbury Schweppes further strengthened her experience in global marketing, food and beverage, and brand innovation. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Edithann teaches Communications at the University of North Texas, sharing real-world brand and marketing experience with the next generation of communications professionals. Edithann holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Boston University. Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in Mexico City, she resides in Coppell, Texas with her husband, Jason, and is the proud mother of twin daughters, Elena and Julia.
