Relapsed medulloblastoma in children is often fatal, highlighting the need for new treatments. This project investigates omacetaxine, a drug that blocks protein translation essential for cancer cell survival, both alone and in combination with similar agents. The goal is to determine whether omacetaxine can be advanced into pediatric clinical trials to offer new treatment options for relapsed medulloblastoma.
